Mr. Manoj Kapoor
Experience and Policy Acumen
Mr. Manoj Kapoor is a distinguished IIT Delhi graduate, who leads the team as Principal Consultant at REM Konsultantz Private Limited. For over 30 years, Mr. Kapoor has been a prominent figure in the Indian real estate sector. His expertise spans policy frameworks, and real estate consulting. He has served on various committees for both the Government of India and the Government of Haryana, demonstrating his deep understanding of real estate regulations. His role as a member of the Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act (RERA) committee in 2016 solidified his knowledge of nationwide real estate policies.
Entrepreneurial Spirit
Mr. Kapoor’s entrepreneurial spirit is evident from his successful venture as a first-generation entrepreneur from 1989 onwards.
Active Industry Involvement
Mr. Kapoor actively contributes to industry growth through his membership in organizations like the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).
